Greetings! Lla-Mirage Llamas welcomes you to the wonderful world of llamas. We are Bob and Monte Houseman, owners of Lla-Mirage Llamas. We love sharing our llama knowledge, wisdom and experience we have earned over the past 20 years!

Our ranch is conveniently located in "The City Above the Clouds", Woodland Park, Colorado, just 18 miles west of Colorado Springs. When visiting our area remember there are plenty of sights to see and fun things to do, including skiing & snowboarding, gambling, hiking, camping, and fishing!

We purchased our first two llamas in 1986 and have loved every minute of it since! At the time, we never dreamed of how passionate we would become toward our llamas. What once started as a fun hobby for our children has since become a full time business for Bob and myself.

We provide a variety of llama services, including stud services, sales, breeding and boarding. Our studs come from a variety of Bolivian, Chilean, Peruvian and North American bloodlines. DDL Mr. Sweets, FFF Punta Negro and the upcoming Fire in the Hole are three of our high quality studs available for stud services. We specialize in producing suri and silky fiber. Our breeding program results are proof that our studs are doing their job!
